As a biologist Jesper worked with behavioral biology, among other things. He’s been employed at Ebeltoft Zoo & Safari, responsible for the guide team, recruitments and the school service. As an instructor at the Safari Zone Teambuilding Department, he worked with optimizing team spirit, recognition, trust, leadership skills, communications, knowledge sharing etc.

After working as a project managers in an NGO, Jesper studied Leadership & Org. Psychology at the University of Aarhus Bss.

Since 2003, Jesper worked with training and development of employees, managers and organizations. He has a profound experience in developing international training programs for a range of interesting clients as LEGO, VESTAS, Siemens Wind Power, University of Aalborg, EDC, DONG, BRF Kredit, Nilfisk Advance and many more.

As a trainer, you will find Jesper being very enthusiastic and energetic but at the same time trustworthy and personal. His knowledge about learning makes a training with Jesper very involving, motivational, interesting and beneficial.

His experience range from leadership trainings to change management, facilitation workshops, project management, stress management and a wide range of communication and team trainings.

Jesper is a certified Extended Disc consultant and certified stress manager.

Inge has an extensive professional and practical background with human resources. Since 1981 she has worked with teaching and development processes for adults.

In 1994 Inge established her own company. Inge’s theoretical background comes from an administrative public education and the social worker education. She has since studied adult pedagogy at the University of Roskilde and is a trained psychotherapist.

Through many years, Inge was a leader in the public sector, and also worked as a consultant at the training center of the municipality of Copenhagen, where she developed and taught leadership development courses, communication trainings, group dynamics, presentation techniques, and trained internal consultants.

Throughout her career, Inge has taught and coached managers and employees from both public entities as well as some of Denmark's largest private companies as DONG, Beumer Group, Falck Healtcare & MAN diesel.
